We are CERHUM SA, an innovative start-up developing 3D-printed bone graft, and our registered address is rue des pôles, 1, 4000 Liège - BELGIUM. Our website is developed and hosted by Petitpoisson (https://www.petitpoisson.be).

We are responsible for how we process and protect your personal data.We collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned. It is CERHUM's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website.

What we use your data for ? 

We will use your data to manage your registration as a user, to respond to your queries, and if you wish, to send you our customized communications or newsletters that you have asked to receive from us. 

These data can be collected online or in person. The personal data we collect from you directly can include your name, email address, mobile/landline telephone number, date of birth, address, and information you give us when you engage with our social media platform (for example by tagging us in a post on Instagram). 

We store and analyse information about your last visits to our website and how you navigate through the different sections of our site; in order to understand how users visit our website for, ultimately, make it more intuitive. 

How we protect your data ?  

We protect personal information by using reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. We make readily available to people information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information. We only retain personal information for as long as necessary for the fulfilment of those purposes.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. The concrete application of the GDPR prevents to keep the marketing data more than 3 years
